At Change Please Ireland, we are tackling homelessness through an employment-first model funded through 100% profits from coffee,donationsand grants. We support people experiencing homelessness into sustainable work through barista training and a living wage job, alongside accommodation advice, therapy, access to a bank account, and pathways into onward employment.
4 DAY PROGRAMME
In Ireland, our 4-day programme gets people job-ready. Trainees complete a 3-day barista course followed by focused employability training. We provide mental health support assessments which forms the basis of our 1 year aftercare programme.
After training, graduates step into paid placements (3–6 months) or full-time roles. Our team provides weekly check-ins to keep momentum strong, tackle challenges head-on, and help every graduate stay in work and keep moving forward.
